Yes. TruChoice Wellness Inc. only sells 100% authentic, brand-name supplements sourced directly from licensed Canadian distributors and reputable manufacturers. We do not carry homemade, grey-market, or unverified products.
All items come from official suppliers or direct partnerships with trusted supplement companies. Our products are stored, handled, and shipped from Canada.
Many of our brands are third-party tested, GMP-certified, or clinically validated. Where available, we share manufacturer quality information on each product page.
No. We never sell expired items. If a product is near expiry and discounted, it will be clearly marked so you know exactly what you're buying.

High-demand items can sell out quickly. We restock weekly, and you can sign up for back-in-stock alerts on product pages.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes — we offer free shipping across most of Canada on orders over $75 (before tax). Remote regions may have additional fees.


Remote areas include select regions in Northern Territories and rural locations flagged by carriers. These are calculated automatically at checkout.

Standard delivery is usually 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. If it hasn’t updated in several days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Contact us immediately with photos — we will replace or refund damaged items.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Lost packages will be replaced or refunded after an investigation.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible items include: Wrong item received, Damaged items, Expired or defective products, In these cases, return shipping is covered by us.
