Enjoy Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD (before tax).
This applies to most locations across Canada, excluding certain remote or hard-to-reach areas.

Please note that consultation services are excluded from shipping promotions and do not count toward free shipping minimums.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
 Orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.                                       Orders with Express Shipping are prioritized for packing and dispatch.


Remote Areas

Carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx classify certain locations as remote.
These include northern regions, rural islands, and communities with limited access.
In these cases, standard carrier rates apply, even for orders over $75.


Order Processing

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

  • Weekend and holiday orders are processed the next business day.

  • A tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships.


Tracking Your Package

Your tracking link will let you follow your order’s progress in real time.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to assist.


Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, goes missing, or is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to make it right.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned or marked undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, original shipping charges are non-refundable and a $9.99 reshipping fee will be required to resend the order.


International Shipping

At this time, TruChoice Wellness Inc. ships within Canada only.
International options may be added in the future.
