Returns & Refunds Policy

At TruChoice Wellness Inc., your satisfaction matters to us. Because supplements and wellness products require strict quality control, our return policy is designed to keep you safe while maintaining product integrity.


Return Eligibility

Company-Covered Returns (Free)

We will fully cover the return shipping and offer a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • A product arrived expired

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and include photos if applicable.


Customer-Initiated Returns

If you purchased the wrong item or no longer want the product:

  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Product must be undamaged

  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery

  • return shipping costs and 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items with tampered seals

  • Products not in original packaging

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or final-sale products

  • Digital products


Refund Processing

After your return is inspected:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Timing may vary depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something is wrong with your order:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number

  3. Provide clear photos of the issue

We ensure every order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition. If your parcel/products arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours and include photos of the item and packaging. Once a shipment is with the carrier, transit damage is the responsibility of the shipping carrier; we’ll support you in filing a claim, and once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as applicable. Please retain all packaging materials for inspection.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked Delivered, the order is considered complete.
If your package cannot be located:

  • We will assist with a carrier investigation

  • Final responsibility lies with the carrier


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please place a new order after receiving your refund.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email us:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

We will provide instructions and return authorization.


Refused Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to pick up the package

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • 10% restocking fee

Refund will be issued once the package is received and inspected.


Policy Exceptions

TruChoice Wellness Inc. reserves the right to:

  • Refuse unauthorized returns

  • Decline refunds that do not meet policy criteria

  • Make exceptions on a case-by-case basis
