Each serving delivers a high-quality whey isolate protein source to support daily protein intake for training, recovery, and lean muscle goals. The formula is made to shake up quickly and is commonly used post-workout or between meals when a lighter protein option is preferred. Flavoured options are typically sweetened with plant-based sweeteners, while an unflavoured option is available for flexible mixing.
