Each capsule also includes methylated folate (5-MTHF), an active form of folate the body can use directly. With consistent use, it’s also used to help support cycle regularity and overall hormonal balance. The formula is vegan, non-GMO, and gluten-free, making it easy to fit a variety of lifestyles. AOR recommends using it for a minimum of 12 weeks to see beneficial effects. If you’re trying to conceive, pregnant, or breastfeeding, it’s best to speak with a healthcare practitioner before use.

• Folic acid (from calcium L-5-MTHF) — 100 mcg
• Myo-inositol — 275 mg
