AOR Ortho Iron Vegan is a gentle, non-constipating iron formula designed to help prevent iron deficiency and support healthy red blood cell production. It features SunActive®Fe (ferric pyrophosphate), a highly absorbable form of iron that’s intended to be easier on the stomach than many traditional iron products. Vitamin C is included to support iron absorption, while methyl B12 and folate (calcium L-5-MTHF) help support normal blood formation pathways. The formula also provides active vitamin B6 (P-5-P) plus zinc and copper, key cofactors involved in iron utilization and overall nutrient balance. This makes it a smart pick for people who want iron support without the typical digestive discomfort. Because it’s vegan and lactoferrin-free, it can be especially suitable for those following plant-based diets. Use it as part of your routine when dietary intake is low, needs are higher, or you’re focused on maintaining healthy iron levels. As with any iron supplement, take it as directed and separate it from other medications when advised.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 capsule):
• Iron (SunActive®Fe — ferric pyrophosphate) — 30 mg
• Vitamin C (from ascorbic acid) — 200 mg
• Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin) — 647 mcg
• Folic acid (as calcium L-5-MTHF) — 800 mcg
• Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal-5’-phosphate) — 25 mg
• Copper (from copper citrate) — 900 mcg
• Zinc (from zinc citrate) — 6.75 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
• Microcrystalline cellulose, lecithin (sunflower), maltodextrin (sweet potato), sodium stearyl fumarate.

Capsule: hypromellose.

Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
