Each serving delivers 400 IU (10 mcg) of vegan vitamin D3 sourced from lichen, making it a great option for families looking for a plant-based D3. Vitamin D is well known for helping the body absorb and use calcium, supporting strong bones and teeth as children grow. This formula also supports the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, which are key minerals for skeletal development. The drops are suspended in a blend of medium chain triglycerides (MCT) and olive oil for convenient daily use. With a neutral flavour, it’s easy to mix into food or beverages without fuss. Vitamin D also plays a role in helping the immune system function properly, making it especially relevant during months with less sunlight exposure.  This is a simple, no-sugar way to help maintain consistent vitamin D intake for children as part of a balanced routine.
