Celt Salt Sea Salt Coarse Grey is an unrefined French Celtic sea salt, naturally light grey from the mineral-rich clay salt beds where it’s harvested. Hand-harvested, sun- and wind-dried, it retains over 80 trace minerals, including magnesium, calcium and potassium, for a clean, complex taste. The coarse crystals add crunch and depth to roasted vegetables, grilled meats, salads and fresh bread, or can be used in a grinder for everyday seasoning. Certified organic, non-GMO and kosher, this salt is a premium alternative to highly refined table salt. It’s a versatile pantry staple for natural, whole-food focused kitchens.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1/4 tsp serving, ~1.5 g):
French Celtic sea salt (coarse, unrefined) – 1.5 g, providing approximately:

Sodium ~480 mg
Iron ~0.03 mg (≈2% DV)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:
None (no additives, anti-caking agents or preservatives).

Use Celt Salt Coarse Grey as you would other salt in cooking and seasoning. Sprinkle a small amount (around 1/4 tsp or to taste) on foods, or add while cooking to enhance flavour. The coarse crystals are ideal for use in a salt grinder or as a finishing salt on salads, roasted vegetables, meats and baked goods. To preserve freshness, the manufacturer recommends storing the salt in a ceramic, glass or wood container with a loose-fitting lid, in a cool, dry place.
