Each serving typically provides 25 g of protein with a lean macro profile designed to fit performance and body-composition goals. ISO100 is filtered to reduce excess carbs, fat, and lactose, making it a popular option for those who prefer a lighter, easier-to-digest whey isolate. It mixes smoothly in water or milk for a consistent texture and can also be added to smoothies or recipes to boost protein intake. Whey isolate naturally contains essential amino acids, including BCAAs, which support muscle recovery and maintenance when combined with resistance training. Many flavours use emulsifiers for mixability and sweeteners for taste, depending on the variety. ISO100 is stimulant-free and can be used post-workout or between meals to help meet daily protein needs.
