Each serving combines GABA and L-Theanine to encourage relaxation, plus melatonin to support more restorative sleep. Magnesium (citrate) and vitamin C help round out the blend with nutrient support for recovery and everyday wellness. The formula also includes ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), a well-known adaptogenic herb used to help the body better handle stress. Cortixia is commonly used during high-stress periods, when sleep quality is poor, or when fatigue starts to build up over time. It may also help support the body’s ability to metabolize proteins and fats, which plays a role in overall energy balance. Offered in vegetarian capsules, it fits easily into an evening routine.
