With active forms like pyridoxal-5-phosphate (B6), riboflavin-5-phosphate (B2), and L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folate), it helps support nutrient utilization and tissue formation. The formula also includes vitamin K2, iodine, selenium (selenomethionine), and chromium to support thyroid function and nutrient transport roles in the body. Added choline and inositol round out the blend for comprehensive daily coverage. It also supports bone development and connective tissue formation as part of overall wellness. This updated formula is noted as safe for pregnant women, and daily folate intake is highlighted for supporting pregnancy planning.
