Organika Absolute Iron provides 25 mg of iron per capsule in the form of ferrous bisglycinate (Ferrochel®), a highly absorbable, chelated form of iron. Iron is essential for forming red blood cells and supporting their proper function, helping oxygen move efficiently throughout the body. This formula is designed to be gentle on the stomach compared to many traditional iron forms, making it suitable for daily use when iron needs are higher. It can be used to help prevent iron deficiency and iron deficiency anemia when dietary intake is insufficient. The clean, simple capsule format makes it easy to add to a wellness routine without added flavours or sweeteners. It’s vegan-friendly and made with a vegetarian capsule.

Medicinal (each vegetarian capsule contains):
Iron (ferrous bisglycinate) — 25 mg

Non-medicinal:
• Brown rice flour
• Microcrystalline cellulose
• Magnesium stearate (non-GMO vegetable source)
• Hypromellose / pullulan (vegetarian capsule)

Adults only: Take 1 capsule once per day.
Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
