Plumpp Purple Irish Sea Moss is a wild-crafted, sun-dried sea moss (Gracilaria) that’s commonly turned into a gel for easy daily use. Purple sea moss naturally contains antioxidant compounds (including anthocyanins) and is traditionally used to support overall wellness as a mineral-rich “superfood.” Add the prepared gel to smoothies, protein shakes, soups, or foods to boost nutrient density without changing flavour much.
