Pure-lē Natural Psyllium Husks is a 100% pure Plantago ovata fiber product with no additives, offered in both whole husks and a powder form. Psyllium is a mucilage-forming soluble fiber that helps support regularity and colon health by bulking and softening stool when mixed with liquid. It’s also commonly used to help maintain healthy cholesterol levels and support heart health when taken consistently with meals. Mix into water or juice and drink right away, or add to smoothies, yogurt, cereal, or baking for an easy daily fiber boost.
