Pure-lē Organic Valerian Root Extract is a super strength SSHS (Super Strength Holistically Standardized extract) liquid herbal extract made from valerian root (Valeriana officinalis). It uses a proprietary double-extraction process described by the brand as “Holistically Standardized,” intended to preserve the plant’s natural constituent ratios. Valerian is commonly used as a natural sleep aid and for the relief of nervousness and restlessness. This fast-absorbing liquid format is designed for flexible daily dosing and is produced in a Canadian GMP facility.
